PALM TREE WARRANTY

We offer a warranty for all trees in the 30-gallon size and above that we install provided the trees are sufficiently cared for, but not on trees that are picked up and planted by others. For residential installs (primary residences), the warranty period lasts for one (1) year provided the tree(s) have automatic irrigation supplying water. Without automatic irrigation, the warranty period lasts for six (6) months.
For commercial installs (rental homes, 2. homes, businesses, subdivision entrances, etc.), the warranty period lasts for one (1) year provided the tree(s) have automatic irrigation supplying water. If there are water bags (Gator or Hippo bags) on the tree(s) but no automatic irrigation, the warranty period lasts for three (3) months. If there is no irrigation whatsoever, there is no warranty on those trees.
Our warranty is a living guarantee. This means that we warranty the tree to be alive, i.e., green bud and a solid trunk. This warranty is not a re-foliation guarantee. We will replace a tree under this warranty policy as many times as necessary within the warranty period given.
Trees replaced under this warranty policy do not receive a new warranty period.
